Chicken korma (chicken with leftover nariyal chutney)
Looking for a Chicken Korma recipe.This one-pot chicken korma is ready in less time. After making & testing this korma, I can confidently call it the BEST chicken korma.
Make this rich creamy chicken korma that will be a show stopper at your next desi party. It is creamy and not laden with many spices. Rich and with coconut deliciousness.
- 500kg chicken
- 1tsp turmeric powder
- 1tsp red pepper powder
- 1tsp coriander powder
- 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 5 -8 green chillies
- 2 onions (chopped)
- Whole spice
- 2tsp garam masala
- 3tbsp Nariyal chutney
- 2tbsp curd
- Coriander for garnish
How to cook
Firstly heat the oil and add whole spices. Make them splutter then add onion in it.Cook for 5 minutes make them translucent.Then add chicken in it fry until it turns into white.
Add rest of the ingredients i.e turmeric powder, red pepper powder, coriander powder, nariyal chutney, and curd add green chillies, mix it well so that the chicken gets coated nicely.
Add a little water if required then add some kashmiri mirch for colour close the lid and cook about 15-25 minutes.
Check the tenderness of chicken and cook until oil gets separated.
Chicken is ready.Garnish with garam masala and coriander leaves. Close the lid and serve hot.
