Chicken Sausage Pasta

Chicken Sausage Pasta comes together in minutes so it is a perfect last minute dinner idea. It is also delicious and healthy¡¡


2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons butter (optional) Spaghetti (or pasta of your choice)
2 Chicken sausages
250GM mushrooms
1 capsicum
1 Medium-sized tomato
4 Large cloves of garlic
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Coriander(for garnish—optional)


Take a pot of water , as the water boil add some salt and 2 teaspoon of vegetable oil add pasta to boil as it boil rinsed the pasta to another pan.
Heat the oil add sliced mushrooms and capsicum sauteed it with some salt and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pan add minced garlic add tomatoes and stir occasionally smashing them with the back of a wooden spoon to release the juices and then add some salt and black pepper after it add sliced chicken sausage until it cooked properly. Add pasta and mozzarella cheese for flavor served with some coriander or parsley…

Tips for recipe success:

Have all ingredients out, pre-measured, and prepared before you begin!
Use whatever kind of tomatoes you have on hand.For a slight flavor change, try chicken meatballs and cooked linguine for a different twist!
If you need to double this recipe, make it in a larger pot – like a soup pot. You’ll need extra space for all those beautiful, juicy tomatoes and the flavorful chicken sausage!
