CREAMY WHITE SAUCE PASTA/ WHITE SAUCE PASTA/ WHITE PASTA/ GARLIC WHITE SAUCE PASTA
What are the ingredients in a white sauce?
A white sauce is just flour, butter and milk. To season your white sauce, some chefs recommend adding nutmeg to give it a depth of flavor and you should add salt and white or black pepper to taste as well.
Is white sauce pasta healthy?
The white sauce has a definitive amount of calcium and protein content and is low in calories as compared to other sauces.
One of the main reasons we love this dish is because it’s simple and quick! You can make it start to finish in about 20 minutes. That’s my kind of dinner recipe! Just follow these easy steps to make this creamy pasta sauce which can be added to any pasta.
