Ingredients

4-5 large Potatoes.

Salt to taste

Water as required

2 tsp oil

1 medium size Onion , 1 tomato (chopped)

2 Green Chillies – roughly chopped

1tsp red pepper powder, 1tsp turmeric powder , 1tsp coriander powder

1 tsp Cumin Seeds , 1/2fenugreek seeds

1 cup Curd – beaten

For Garnish

How to cook

Firstly heat oil add fenugreek seeds then add potatoes,fry them until golden brown. Keep them aside

Left over oil used for next step. In this oil add cumin seeds and make them splutter.

Add chopped onion cook for 2 to 3 minutes make them translucent then add chopped tomato and turmeric powder, red pepper powder,coriander powder and salt saute well then add curd and cook for 7 to 9 minutes

Add green chillies and saute continuously on medium heat until fragrant.
Add some water,in the pan and bring it to a boil. Once boiled add the fried potatoes and cook for a 10 to 15 minutes.

switch off the flames.

Serve hot in a plate and garnish with coriander.
