
Aalu Puri
“Real cooking is more about following your heart than following recipes.”Its my mother’s recipe, it could be prepare with in 20 minutes and much more easy to cook. Lets began
INGREDIENTS
- 10 Boiled potatoes (small in size )
- Fenugreek seeds
- Red pepper
- Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil
- Ghee
- Coriander(1 bunch)
HOW TO COOK..
First,Boil the potatoes peel them off and cut in to pieces,then heat the pan and add 2 teaspoon of vegetable oil when the oil gets heat, add half of tea spoon fenugreek seeds saute a little then make a paste of turmeric powder red ,pepper powered and salt . Add the prepare paste in to the oil and saute untill it released the oil then add boiled potatoes and cook for 5 to 8 minutes,in the last add a small bowl of chopped coriander and give a nice mix to it.

FOR PURI
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2cup Refined flour
- 1 tea spoon ajwain
- 1/4teaspoon salt
- Oil to fry
HOW TO COOK
Knead the flour with salt oil and ajwain make a tight dough cover it for 10 to 15 minutes then make small puri and fry it on high flame.

Delicious sabzi puri is ready to eat serve hot with dahi or rayta.
