What is chicken curry?

Chicken curry or curry chicken is a dish originating from the Indian subcontinent. It is common in the Indian subcontinent, Southeast Asia, Great Britain, and the Caribbean.

  • 1kg chicken
  • Whole spice
  • 1tsp red pepper powder
  • 1tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2tsp turmeric powder
  • 2tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1tsp garam masala
  • 2 sliced Onions

How to cook chicken curry

Heat the pan add 1tablespoon of oil add whole spice make it crack add onion and saute it till golden brown, then add chicken in to the oil and fry it until it turned into white add ginger garlic paste, red pepper powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder and cook it for 15 to 20 minutes.saute it until the oil seperates. Turn off the flame.Garnish with chopped garlic
