EASY SPICY PASTA WITH INDIAN TADKA

Pasta doesn’t make you fat. How much pasta you eat makes you fat.”I’m a huge pasta and pizza lover.Pasta is a type of food typically made from an unleavened dough of wheat flour mixed with water or eggs, and formed into sheets or other shapes, then cooked by boiling or baking.

How many types of pasta are there?

Well, whilst it’s true that there are around 350 different types, it’s a little known fact that each shape and style is best suited to specific types of Italian cuisine.


Ingredients.


2 cups Boiled Pasta
2 cloves Garlic (mince)
1tsp Ginger chopped
1 chopped Onion
1 chopped Tomato
2 Green chillies
Chopped coriander
Red pepper powder
Black pepper powder
Salt to taste
1/2tsp Garam masala
2tsp Maggi masala(Key ingredient)

How to cook


Mince the garlic, chopped the onion, and grated ginger. Add the garlic, onion, and ginger to a large pan with the olive oil. Sauté over medium heat until the onions are soft and translucent.


While the vegetables are Sautéing,boil pasta and chopped the tomatoes.


Now add tomatoes,saute it nicely,take a look on your pasta. Once the pasta is tender add pasta

Now add the pasta to the sauce and stir to combine,then add maggi masala, black pepper powder and green chillies.Mix well. Let the pasta heat for a few minute. Serve hot!
