Have you ever had pink sauce?It’s the perfect combination of delicious, bold tomato sauce mixed with just a couple of key ingredients to make it decadent and creamy.

What is pink sauce

In simple way, the red sauce becomes a pink sauce with the simple addition of some milk flour and cream cheese.


  • 1cup pasta
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 tomato
  • 1tbsp butter
  • 1tsp oil
  • 2tsp garlic minced
  • 2tsp onion chopped
  • 1tbsp all purpose flour (maida)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1tsp black pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp mix spices powder ( garam masala powder)

How to cook

Boil pasta in a pan with 1 tsp oil ,1tsp salt. Add green chillies in the same boiling water and a tomato. Separate the pasta and tomatoes. Put tomatoes and chillies in to the grinder and make a paste of it.

Take a pan heat it on low flame,add butter and oil as it melts add garlic and saute it for 2 minutes.

Now add onion and make them translucent add maida and cook it for 5-8 minutes then add tomato paste (prepared earlier) cook it for 2 minutes and add milk gradually.

Now add black pepper powder, salt and mix spices cook for 3 to 5 minutes,add oregano.

Add boiled pasta,mix well with the sauce and add 1 tbsp milk ( optional) mix it nicely and add cream cheese.

Mix it well and garnish with oregano. Serve hot.
