Ingredients for vegetables biryani marination

  • Turmeric powder
  • Red pepper powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Yogurt
  • Vegetables (potato ,tomatoes,pea,beans,carrots,cauliflower)

  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Whole spice powder(Garam masala)
  • Spring onions
  • Green chili
  • Onion
  • Whole spice(cloves,cardamom ,black cardamom ,cinnamon stick ,bay leaf,black pepper)
  • Coriander

How to cook vegetable biryani

  1. Mix the vegetables with the prepared marinationpaste,set aside for 1 to 2 hours.
  2. Heat oil in a pan ,add whole spice and onions sauté it when it turns golden brown add marinated vegetables into it.
  3. cook the vegetables for 5 to 7 minutes and cover the lid let the vegetables absorb the aroma of spices and be tender.

How to prepare biryani rice

  1. Take a pot with water add cumin seeds,bay leaf,black cardamom,funnel seeds ,cinnamon stick,make it boil then add soaked basmati rice and cook it about 80%
  2. Drain the extra water and make layers of vegetables and rice as shown in the picture
  3. On the other side in a fry pan heat some oil and fry green chili
  4. Pour some saffron milk or Keira water make a layer of Garam masala and sprinkle some coriander .
  5. Give a tadka of fry chilies and cover the lid for 10 to 20 minutes.
  6. Garnish with sprig onions.
