
Vegetable dalia/DALIA KICHDI/ Dalia pulao
Daliya means cracked wheat. Daliya is very popular all over India. Vegetable Daliya Pulao is considered to be one of the simplest and healthier one pot vegan meal. This is low in fat, high in Iron and fiber, and its best dish for everyone.Vegetable Daliya can be prepared in a pressure cooker as well as in Pot too.
Ingredients
- 1cup dalia
- Onion
- Oil
- Tomatoes
- Maggi masala
- Mixveg of your choice
- 1cup water
- Chilli flakes
- Green chillies
- Coriander
- Butter
- Salt to taste
How to cook
Heat oil in a pan,add onions and saute for couple of minutes.Now add carrots, beans and peas saute it,add tomatoes.

Add salt, chilli flakes and give a nice mix to it, cover with lid so the vegetables absorb the salt, then add the dalia in it.

Add maggi masala and 1cup of water mix it nicely.

Cook for 10 minutes garnish with coriander and butter.
